We always recommend booking a table, but will take walk-ins where possible. This is more difficult on Fridays and Saturdays.
If there is no availability online, then it is very unlikely that we will have space if the online diary is not showing availability.
We only take walk-ins for drinks and only at quiet times

We do not currently operate a waiting list, and we don’t usually take bookings within the hour. You are welcome to pop in to see if we can take a walk-in. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

To book a table using your voucher, please follow the instructions provided on your voucher. and let your server know you have a voucher when you arrive.

If you’re running late, we keep tables for 15 mins, so no need to let us know unless you are expecting to be more than 15 mins late. If so, you can phone the restaurant to let them know.

Deposits are non-refundable. and will be deducted from your bill when you dine with us.

We are open everyday, including bank holidays, except from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We do not allow dogs in our restaurant.

The experience at Zhima is as much about style as it is about taste. So, if you're joining us for dinner, lunch or just drinks feel free to dress up, turn on the style and look your best. Smart casual is the minimum and please try to avoid sports wear - even if it is Balenciaga.

Our booking portal doesn’t take bookings for more than 6 people. To discuss larger bookings, head to our contact us page and you can enquire from there. Alternatively, pop us an email at dine@zhima.co.uk

Most dietary requirements can be accommodated, GF, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan can be discussed in our restaurant. Any multiple/severe allergies or intolerances can be addressed with a member of the team in advance. Drop us an email with details

We allow children in our restaurants until 8pm, offering smaller portions of certain dishes.

We don’t have anything specific for birthdays, but you are welcome to bring a balloon/cake. Please do not bring table confetti or sparklers – they set off the fire alarms.
